The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo hereby invites companies and professionals to submit their qualifications and competency to do consultancy work in the area of international trade, which would include conducting market research work, organizing trade missions and events, organizing agendas for international trade visits, among other tasks.

All interested parties may submit their curriculum vitae with a professional introduction. They may also submit all additional documents they believe could be relevant. They should specify whether they have experience with specific economic sectors for which they have a contact network and concrete knowledge.

All companies who respond must be technically qualified and have the possibility to execute the projects at specific times when these services are required. Minimum requirements include being able to understand written and spoken English; having an established business; submitting proof of experience with similar projects; having no adverse criminal record; and having no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States.

Proposals must be submitted via e-mail to MontevideoProcurement@state.gov by March 30, 2023.

The Embassy of the United States of America in Montevideo has a requirement for hotel, gastronomy, and audiovisual full services for a conference in Montevideo, Uruguay.

All firms who respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.
